As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:
- Identify and analyze issues, problems, and challenges facing the organization; formulate and evaluate possible courses of action for resolving them; draws conclusions based on relevant facts; and recommends solutions to organizational leadership. Problems and issues addressed involve such complex matters as nationwide implementation of interoperable health information technology in both the public and private sectors.
- Develop, draft, and implement new regulations, reports, other program materials. This includes responsibility for writing and initiating implementation of new program rules, guidance, systems, procedures, and structures.
- Provide high level of expertise and support to senior management on strategic initiatives.
- Provide expert analysis and evaluation of program guidance, program practices, and work operations taking into full consideration complex legislative and programmatic issues and problems.
- Conduct regulatory research, analysis, and case evaluation to determine compliance with applicable health care laws, regulations, and program requirements.
