TikTok LIVE Host & Social Media Content Creator

About the Role

Elumina Decor is a growing home décor and decorative lighting brand looking for an outgoing, creative, and camera-confident TikTok LIVE Host & Social Media Content Creator to help grow our social media presence.

This is a hands-on marketing and content creation role. You'll host TikTok LIVE shopping sessions from our studio, create short-form social media content, demonstrate products on camera, and help develop creative ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.

What You'll Do

• Host engaging TikTok LIVE shopping sessions
• Present and demonstrate Elumina Decor products on camera
• Interact with LIVE viewers, answer questions, and help drive engagement and sales
• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
• Brainstorm video concepts, hooks, trends, and creative content ideas
• Film product demonstrations, lifestyle content, and promotional videos
• Stay current with TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends
• Help develop and grow Elumina Decor's social media presence
• Work with our team to test new LIVE formats and content strategies

Who We're Looking For

• Comfortable, confident, and natural speaking on camera
• Outgoing, energetic, personable, and conversational
• Creative with a strong interest in social media and content creation
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video
• Able to speak naturally rather than simply reading from a script
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently
• Interested in marketing, social media, e-commerce, branding, or digital content

Students or recent graduates studying Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, PR, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

Previous social media or content creation experience is preferred. Experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE, UGC, livestreaming, influencing, or social selling is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.

Compensation & Schedule

• $22–$28/hour, depending on experience and demonstrated on-camera/content ability
• Part-time with flexible scheduling
• In-person studio position in Orland Park, IL
• Independent contractor (1099) position
• Compensation is paid without employee tax withholding; contractor is responsible for applicable taxes
• Potential for additional hours, increased compensation, and performance-based incentives as the position grows
