The California Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking to hire a student assistant to assist in the Customer Services Division by analyzing data to identify trends and patterns related to automation performance and efficiency. The student assistant will also assist in the modernization of chatbots, troubleshoot and resolve web application and data analysis issues. This position will be under a hybrid schedule consisting of teleworking and in office reporting to the nearest contact center in Sacramento, Fresno, or Riverside, is available.
