In partnership with 8Elevate, a Cleveland-based creative strategy practice, we're building Content Agents — an on-demand content creation service helping busy entrepreneurs, realtors, and modern brands get high-quality social media content without the hassle of filming and editing it themselves.

We're looking for dynamic, tech-savvy Content Agents to help our clients shine online.

About the Role

As a Content Agent, you'll travel to client locations across the Cleveland area for focused, one-hour photo and video sessions. Using your smartphone and an eye for aesthetics, you'll capture premium lifestyle photography and vertical video content tailored to each client's brand — then deliver polished raw files (and edited Reels/TikToks, for select packages) within a fast turnaround window.

This is a flexible, project-based role — perfect for a creative who wants consistent bookings without a 9-to-5 commitment.

What You'll Do

  • Travel to client businesses for scheduled 1-hour on-site content sessions
  • Capture 30+ high-resolution lifestyle photos and 40+ vertical 4K video clips per session
  • Follow client-specific shot lists and brand aesthetic guidelines
  • Deliver raw files within 24 hours via secure digital delivery
  • For select sessions: edit and deliver 3+ short-form video Reels/TikToks with trending audio, captions, and hook strategy within 48 hours
  • Maintain professional, friendly communication with clients on-site

What We're Looking For

  • A smartphone with a high-quality camera (iPhone 12 or newer, or equivalent Android)
  • A strong eye for lifestyle photography and short-form video trends
  • Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule
  • Reliable transportation within the Cleveland metro area
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar) preferred for edited-content sessions
  • Professional, punctual, and personable — you'll represent our brand directly with clients
  • Prior content creation, photography, or social media experience a plus, but not required if your portfolio shows the eye for it

Compensation

Paid per session, with rates varying by package type (Raw Bank, Reel Growth, or Content Engine Retainer sessions). Specific rates will be discussed during the interview process. This is a 1099 independent contractor position — you set your own availability and choose which sessions to accept.
