We’re a real MMA gym built by two brothers who’ve been in the sport their entire lives. Gary and Val have trained competitors, coached beginners, and built a community that goes way beyond fighting. Now we’re growing — and we need someone sharp to help bring more people through the door.
We have leads coming in. We have a script. We have a system. We just need the right person to work it.
 

💰 THIS IS A MONEY-MAKING OPPORTUNITY
Part-time, flexible hours. Hourly + commission. Realistic extra income of $2,000–$3,500/month for the right person.
$17/hr base + $50 commission every time a student signs up.
Every new member you bring in puts money directly in your pocket.
 

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
— Calling a warm list of leads who already showed interest in the gym
— Following up via call, text, and email — we’ll show you how
— Booking visits and getting people through the door
— Keeping your pipeline organized and updated
— Handing walk-ins off to our coaches for the tour — you booked them, we close them
 

✅ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
— Comfortable and confident on the phone
— Friendly, warm, and easy to talk to — you don’t need to be a hard closer
— Self-motivated and organized — you own your numbers
— Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
— Scripts and training are provided. Sales experience helps but isn’t required.
