As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Campus Recruitment Manager to build and lead our student recruitment program.

Position Summary

The Campus Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to identify, attract, interview, and onboard outstanding college students to serve as Campus Logistics Managers and Campus Logistics Associates at colleges and universities served by Taggabox.

This is a unique opportunity to build a recruitment program from the ground up and help develop the next generation of campus leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for colleges and universities.
• Build relationships with university Career Centers, Student Affairs, Residence Life departments, and student organizations.
• Create and manage job postings on LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates.
• Coordinate candidate selection, onboarding, and orientation.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified student leaders for future semesters.
• Maintain applicant records and recruitment metrics.
• Assist in developing recruitment materials and onboarding resources.
• Collaborate with Taggabox leadership to support expansion into new campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, higher education, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, or similar tools is a plus.
• Passion for helping students develop professionally and succeed.
