App Development Intern
We're looking for a motivated developer to join us as an intern and help build out our app. This is a hands-on role with direct access to the founder — you won't be buried in busywork, you'll be shipping real features on a live product with real users. As we grow, this role has the potential to expand into a paid, longer-term technical position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, testing, and improving features on our app (currently built on Base44, a no-code/low-code platform)
- Collaborate directly with the founder on product and technical decisions
- Help troubleshoot bugs and improve app performance and user experience
- Contribute ideas as we plan our technical roadmap for scaling beyond our initial launch markets
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with app development (web or mobile); prior coursework, personal projects, or hackathon experience welcome
- A portfolio, GitHub, or link to something you've built is strongly preferred
- Based in or able to work from the Miami area
- Self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and excited to work in a startup environment
