About the Role

bitFlyer USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Contractor to support our digital marketing and business growth initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, marketing analytics, and emerging technologies while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Marketing Contractor will work with professionals across the cryptocurrency, technology, and financial services industries and contribute to meaningful marketing campaigns, market research, analytics, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Analyze historical transaction and marketing data to identify customer trends and growth opportunities.
• Assist with developing marketing strategies, content, and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to expand marketing reach and evaluate campaign performance.
• Research cryptocurrency market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
• Present insights that support marketing strategy, product development, and business growth.
• Support initiatives involving artificial intelligence tools and emerging marketing technologies.
• Review and maintain marketing policies, procedures, standards, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to improve operational efficiency, security awareness, and marketing practices.
• Track campaign results and prepare performance reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related area.
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar digital marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using social media platforms for marketing or audience engagement.
• Interest in cryptocurrency, fintech, and digital assets.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the U.S. or global cryptocurrency exchange market.
• Knowledge of fintech, blockchain technology, or digital assets.
• Experience analyzing marketing data and preparing campaign performance reports.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and emerging digital technologies.

Position Details

• Location: Remote within the United States

• Duration: Approximately 12–16 weeks
