Remote Booking Coordinator

As an Independent Travel Advisor partnered with Archer Travel, one of the travel industry's most established host agencies, you'll help clients book vacations while building your own travel business. No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training, ongoing support, and professional development are provided.
Please Note: This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. There is a $69.99/month business fee that covers your travel licensing, professional travel credentials, insurance coverage, training platform, and access to the tools and resources needed to operate as a travel advisor.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and other travel arrangements
- Research travel options based on client preferences and budgets
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the booking process
- Stay informed about supplier promotions and special offers
- Maintain accurate booking information and client records
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service
- Work independently while receiving ongoing team support
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using a computer, smartphone, and online tools
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
