At KTBS LLC, we believe local journalism should inform, investigate, and make a real difference in the lives of the people we serve. We're looking for an Anchor/Multimedia Journalist who shares that commitment.

What You'll Do

  • Anchor newscasts with credibility, confidence, and authenticity.
  • Develop, report, write, shoot, and edit compelling local stories.
  • Break enterprise stories that hold leaders accountable and highlight the people making a difference in our community.
  • Deliver live reports from the field during breaking news and severe weather.
  • Build strong relationships throughout the Ark-La-Tex and become a trusted voice in the community.
  • Produce content for television, digital, streaming, and social platforms while maintaining high journalistic standards.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for real journalism and meaningful storytelling.
  • Strong live reporting and anchoring skills.
  • Excellent writing, interviewing, and news judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative newsroom.
  • Experience shooting and editing is preferred.
  • A degree in journalism or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
