Field Intern
Looking to gain real-world political campaign experience this election cycle?
The Pennsylvania Republican Party is recruiting Field Interns to join our team in Upper Bucks and Montgomery Counties (PA-01). Whether you're interested in campaigns, politics, communications, public policy, or grassroots organizing, this internship offers an opportunity to work directly with campaign professionals while making an impact on one of Pennsylvania's most important election cycles.
As a Field Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience with:
• Grassroots organizing and campaign management
• Volunteer recruitment and engagement
• Voter contact, phone banking, and canvassing
• Community and stakeholder outreach
• Campaign events and field operations
• Political data and CRM management
You'll work directly with the Regional Field Director while developing practical skills that translate well to careers in politics, government, public affairs, advocacy, and nonprofit leadership.
What we're looking for:
• Strong communication skills
• Professionalism and a positive attitude
• Interest in politics, public service, or campaigns
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Both full-time and flexible part-time positions are available, making this a great opportunity for college students or recent graduates.
