commercial and residential clients across Southern California. We specialize in value engineering, full
service project management, and sustainable design, built on collaborative partnerships and exceptional
delivery. Our team recently launched Foundations, a podcast covering construction, design, and
architecture, alongside a growing blog and social media presence.

Position Overview
MODAA Construction is seeking an entry level Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our growing
content and social media efforts. This is a virtual position, ideal for a student or recent graduate who is
organized, creative, and eager to build hands on experience in digital marketing within the construction
and design industry. Applicants must be based in California.

Responsibilities
• Assist with editing and producing episodes of Foundations, MODAA's podcast covering construction,
design, and architecture
• Support the drafting, formatting, and scheduling of blog posts in MODAA's established brand voice
• Assist with content creation and scheduling for MODAA's social media channels, including Instagram
and LinkedIn
• Help maintain a consistent posting calendar across platforms
• Support light graphic and caption work aligned with MODAA's brand guidelines
• Monitor engagement and assist with basic reporting on content performance
• Collaborate with the MODAA team on ongoing marketing initiatives

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a
related field
•Interest in podcast editing, blogging, or social media content creation
• Familiarity with editing tools (audio and/or basic graphic design) is a plus
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Must currently reside in California
