Graphic Designer Intern

Graphic Designer -  Apparel & Merchandise

About Us

Yogis & Weirdos is a new lifestyle and apparel brand being launched under Gate6. Our brand celebrates the balance between mindfulness and self-expression, creating products that inspire individuality and connection. We are currently in our pilot phase and are looking for creative individuals who want to help build a brand from the ground up.

 

About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Design Intern who is passionate about apparel, branding, and creative storytelling. This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll contribute to real product designs that may become part of our official merchandise launch.

 

What You'll Do

  • Design graphics for t-shirts, hoodies, hats, stickers, water bottles, tote bags, and other branded merchandise.
  • Develop creative concepts that align with the Yogis & Weirdos brand identity.
  • Create production-ready artwork for print and merchandise.
  • Collaborate with the team on new product ideas and seasonal collections.
  • Revise designs based on feedback and maintain consistency across products.
  • Prepare files for production and coordinate with the team during the design process.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Current undergraduate student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fashion Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, illustration, apparel, or merchandise design.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively.
