Programs & Operations Intern


Support the day-to-day operations of our accelerator programs, working closely with our Programs Manager and Chief of Staff on data, reporting, and donor engagement. Ideal for someone detail-oriented and comfortable handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:

  • Track attendance and engagement data for participants throughout our fall programs
  • Help compile the final cohort engagement report
  • Assist with maintaining and updating programmatic assets (sign-up sheets, info pamphlets, etc.)
  • Support data preparation for grant proposals and final wrap reporting
  • Assist the Chief of Staff and development team with operations related to grants, board management, and donor engagement

Note:  This role involves detailed data and communications with regional leaders and high-net-worth donors. Candidates must be able to handle confidential information, including VIP contact details, with discretion.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data/spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple small projects and deadlines at once
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Clear written communication for reporting and documentation
  • Comfortable asking questions and following detailed instructions

Internship Details:

  • Fall semester (late August/early September through November); flexible start and end dates
  • For academic credit only — this is an unpaid position
  • Onboarding provided with your direct supervisor
  • Weekly check-ins required with supervisor
  • Virtual role with up to one in-office meeting per week
  • Must be able to travel to the CBD in New Orleans for in-office meetings
  • Availability to support 1-2 fall events related to your internship focus area
