IB/PE Instagram Affiliate Marketing Analyst

The Pulse Prep is a banking, consulting, and buyside prep provider. We provide 1-on-1 coaching, an application tracking service, and operate social media platforms to keep students informed about recruiting processes for investment banking, private equity, and consulting roles.
About the role:
We are looking for someone familiar with the investment banking/private equity recruiting processes to help us further build out The Pulse's IB/PE platform. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the investment banking or private equity recruitment process (either full-time or through internships) and be passionate about social media/marketing.
We're looking for a creative and driven Instagram Affiliate Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will promote The Pulse through engaging content, stories, and reels, driving traffic and conversions. You'll collaborate with our marketing team to align campaigns with brand guidelines while bringing your own authentic voice to every post. The ideal candidate has a strong Instagram presence, experience with affiliate marketing platforms, and a data-driven mindset to track performance and optimize results.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has an investment banking, buyside, or consulting offer
- Class of 2027
- Prior experience making TikTok or Instagram videos preferred
- Experience managing social media accounts and comfortable being on camera
- Is familiar with the undergraduate finance recruiting cycles
- Enjoys planning and executing on marketing strategy
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their work
- Highly motivated with strong academic performance.
