Within the Join a School in France department, you will actively contribute to the sourcing, support, and selection of top international profiles for leading French business schools: HEC Paris, ESCP Business School, Audencia Business School, Skema Business School, and emlyon business school.
Join a School in France, formerly known as Service des admissions internationals (SAI), has been operating for over 40 years and plays a key role in promoting our member schools’ programs and streamlining the application processes. The department’s team is made up of four staff members, supported each year by an intern for a 5 to 6-month period.
Reporting to the Head of Join a School in France, you will join a dynamic, international, and committed team, contributing to the promotion of the admissions process and the recruitment of international applicants.
Missions
1. Promotion & Marketing
- Contribute to the national and international promotion strategy of the admissions process.
- Support marketing and communication initiatives:
- Social media management,
- Website updates and optimization,
- Creation and dissemination of promotional content.
- Help increase the visibility of the programs.
2. Prospection & Candidate Relations:
Assist the team in
- Responding to information requests (email, phone, online meetings).
- Contacting prospects to present the programs and guide them in their academic orientation.
- The follow-up and qualification of prospects within internal tools.
Profile
Sales/Marketing Background
Education:
Students in sales, marketing, business, or communication (minimum Bachelor’s degree completed).
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong interest in business development, communication, and marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in interacting with candidates.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and an interest in international environments.
- Comfortable with digital tools (MS Office, collaborative tools, social media).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (the working language). French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Chinese or another language is a valuable asset.

Internship Conditions
- Duration & Availability: Full-time 6-month internship (35h/week), starting September 2026.
Workplace:
- From March 2026: 11 rue Léon Jouhaux – 75010 Paris

Indicative Compensation
Legal minimum internship compensation of €4.35 per hour (according to current regulations).
