Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the behind-the-scenes operations of The Street Dog Coalition. This position’s primary responsibility is managing mail, bank deposits, and administrative work involving NoCo street clinics and national operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and proficient with Google Workspace. They must also have good communication skills, a passion for SDC’s mission, and the ability to assist with local street clinics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide routine administrative and operational support including 2x week mail pick-ups and bank deposits.
Inform Development staff of restricted revenue; update Team Ledgers accordingly.
Cut and mail occasional checks to vendors and Team Leads; update Team Ledgers accordingly.
Manage the shipping of merchandise to donors and miscellaneous supplies to SDC Team Leads.
Support local fundraising efforts in collaboration with Program Director and Development staff.
Maintain order and administrative files (including donor records) at the SDC Clubhouse.
Coordinate with SDC Program Director to cover admin tasks related to NoCo clinics.
Collect and submit NoCo clinic stats weekly.
Maintain accurate NoCo client records (electronic and paper).
Register NoCo microchips weekly.
Track and provide data for specific grant reporting as requested.
Schedule pet parent appointments.
Communicate with volunteers regarding shifts and responsibilities.
Coordinate third-party additional care.
Assist with occasional monitoring of Contact Us form submissions and Google voicemails and text messages (direction provided by Community Engagement Coordinator).
Participate in staff retreats and meetings as needed.
Identify opportunities to contribute to a positive work culture.

QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for The Street Dog Coalition’s mission, vision, and core values.
2+ years nonprofit administrative experience preferred.
Aptitude for web based applications and digital tools including Google Drive and Zoom.
Consistently reliable and able to handle responsibilities with discretion and trust.
Excellent organizational habits and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, above average writing skills.
Self-starter; solutions-oriented; anticipates needs; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.
Flexibility and willingness to contribute where needed, as needed.
