Summary

DHL is hiring a Tax Intern for our team in Plantation, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for a sophomore/junior in college who wants real-world experience in a corporate tax department.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

·       Work 15-20 hours per week. We will provide a flexible work schedule around your classes. Workdays are Monday – Friday (no weekends).

·       Perform Data entry – 50 words per minute or higher preferred

·       Work closely with members of the tax team researching various tax topics.

·       Work closely with the Compliance team members preparing tax return workpapers and tax returns.  

·       Assist Audit team members with gathering and/or preparing audit workpapers (income, property and SALT audits)

·       Beginning to intermediate experience with: SAP, Oracle, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Using pivot tables and Vlookup is highly preferred but we will teach if you don’t have this experience

·       Work on other special projects as assigned
