The Role
As a Furniture Sales Associate, you will be the face of our showroom. You will guide customers through our collections, understand their spatial and aesthetic needs, and help them make confident purchasing decisions. We are looking for someone who doesn't just sell furniture, but who can offer design solutions and execute sales from the first greeting to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers as they enter the showroom.
- Consult with clients to understand their style preferences, space constraints, and budget.
- Provide expert advice on furniture placement, color palettes, and material choices.
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation to order placement and delivery coordination.
- Maintain the visual standards of the showroom, ensuring displays are neat, priced correctly, and visually appealing.
- Follow up with customers and real estate/design partners to build long-term relationships.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in interior design, real estate projects, or retail furniture sales is required.
- Language Skills: Must be fully fluent in English (excellent verbal and written communication).
- Strong Execution: You are a proactive doer. You have a track record of taking initiative, solving problems efficiently, and seeing tasks and sales through to completion.
- Customer-Focused: A warm, professional demeanor with a genuine desire to help people create their ideal living spaces.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately process orders, handle payments, and track delivery schedules.
