Social Media and Marketing Intern

Deluxe Air INC was established in 2009, has over 10,000 happy customers, and has even been recognized locally in Yolo Country as Woodland’s best. Deluxe Air is a family owned and operated business responsible for “keeping YOUR kingdom comfortable” by providing heating and air conditioning repair, replacement, indoor air quality and new equipment installation. 

As a Social Media & Marketing Intern you are responsible for pushing out engaging and high quality social media postings in apps including (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. You will be required to attend bi-weekly meetings with your Supervisor and maintain regular communication with them. Your Supervisor will also assign projects, provide feedback, and suggest content ideas. You are expected to complete assigned tasks by the agreed-upon deadlines between you and your Supervisor. 

We're looking for a current undergraduate student or recent graduate with a GPA of 3.50 or higher who has a passion for social media, marketing, content creation, and digital storytelling. Experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. Strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience with photography, videography, or video editing is a plus.

Perks & Benefits

• $19.00 per hour 4 hours a week. All tasks are expected to be completed within that time frame (additional work hours are negotiable).

• Hybrid role with most of the work being remote, however, you may be asked to go on site once a week to film content or take pictures of the work. Those potential areas include areas in Yolo, Solano and the greater Sacramento Regions. 
• Potential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship

This role is a three long internship program with the ending date being within the last week of October.
