Pro Wrestling Social Media Intern
This isn't a "get coffee and sit in the corner" internship.
You're going to run social media for a professional wrestling promotion. Real brand. Real audience. Real events. Real portfolio pieces that actually mean something when you graduate.
What you'll actually do:
Post daily across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube. Not when you feel like it. Daily. Consistency is the entire game.
Create and schedule content — match announcements, event promos, behind-the-scenes footage, wrestler spotlights, fan engagement posts, recaps, and hype content.
Attend live PCW events, capture photos and video, and turn that raw content into posts that grow our audience.
Track what's working, kill what's not, and bring ideas to the table every week.
Help grow our following across all platforms. We don't care about vanity metrics. We care about engaged fans who buy tickets and show up.
What you'll get:
Real portfolio work managing social media for an established 8-year entertainment brand with a passionate local fanbase.
Experience working live events — not simulations, not case studies, actual shows with actual crowds.
A reference letter from the ownership team when you graduate.
Free admission to all PCW events.
Flexible hours that work around your class schedule.
Academic credit (if your program requires it — we'll coordinate with your school).
Who this is for:
You're studying marketing, communications, digital media, or something related. You understand Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and how short-form content works. You don't need to be told to post — you just do it. You're reliable. When you say you'll post Tuesday at 6pm, it goes up Tuesday at 6pm.
Bonus if you're a wrestling fan. Not required — but you'll have more fun.
Who this is NOT for:
If you need to be reminded to do things, this isn't for you. If you think posting once a week is "consistent," this isn't for you. If you're looking for something to put on a resume without actually doing the work, this isn't for you.
Location: Mesa / Phoenix, AZ. Must attend live events in person. Posting and scheduling can be done remotely between events.
Time commitment: 10-15 hours per week. Flexible around your schedule.
To apply: Send us your Instagram handle, one example of content you've created that you're proud of, and a 2-sentence pitch on why you want this. No cover letters. No fluff. Just show us you can create.
