Schedule: 25 hours/week for 12 weeks, 8:30 am – 1:00 pm M-F, some coffee networking events beginning earlier

Essential Offices is a growing coworking and flex office company offering private offices and shared workspace for entrepreneurs, professionals, and small business owners. We combine real estate, technology, and hospitality to create inspiring work environments where every day feels a little different and a lot more connected.
About the Internship
This hands‑on, customer‑facing internship gives you real responsibility and visible impact. You’ll be part of our front‑line team, helping shape the member experience, supporting our rebrand and expansion, and representing Essential Offices at community networking events. You’ll work closely with our founder and team, gaining insight into how a modern, flexible workspace business is built and grown.
You’ll get exposure to marketing, operations, hospitality, sales, and community building - perfect for students who want to see how all the pieces of a business fit together.
What You’ll Do
Assist with marketing and digital content, including blogs and social media posts.
Assist with updating and maintaining company information on third‑party listing sites.
Use Canva to assist with design graphics and materials for marketing and events.
Support our rebrand and expansion projects with creative ideas and execution.
Help plan, promote, and execute member events.
Staff the front desk and participate in daily hospitality and client service.
Attend local networking events with staff to help market Essential Offices to the community and share what we offer.
Research trends and contribute ideas for new products, services, and programs.
Participate in mentoring and strategy conversations with the founder to learn about entrepreneurship, leadership, and career development.
Who We’re Looking For
Energetic, dependable, and professional; arrives on time and follows through.
Comfortable interacting with customers and representing the brand.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Studying marketing, business, communications, real estate, or hospitality (preferred, not required).
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms.
Enjoys teamwork, learning new things, and making a measurable difference.
