We're student-run, and we're building the founding sales team

PostBite is a student-led startup — built by college students, hiring college students. We've got 1,000+ creators on our waitlist and we're launching across California, Texas, Minnesota, and Wisconsin right now.

We're looking for the first people to help us build this. Not interns. Not coffee-fetchers. Founding sales team.

Here's what we do: local food creators get up to 40% off at restaurants they actually want to try. All they do is post a reel about it. No chasing brand deals, no negotiating with owners, no contracts — just show up, eat, post. The restaurant gets real content from someone who actually walked in the door, and only pays when a creator shows up. No upfront cost, no ad spend, no risk.

We're genuinely early. The people who join now help write the playbook.

What you'll do

You'll sign up local restaurants — walking in, cold calling, and emailing owners across your city. You pitch, you close, you hand off to our client success team to get them live. Then you get paid every time a creator eats there.

• Prospect and pitch local restaurants (in person, phone, email)
• Get the yes from owners and managers
• Hand signed restaurants to client success for onboarding
• Own your own territory and schedule

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled college student
• Available at least two days a week between 10am–4pm (when owners are actually reachable)
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated — nobody's checking your hours
• Comfortable hearing "no" and going to the next door
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.

Fair warning: this is cold outreach. You'll be calling and walking into restaurants that aren't expecting you. Most will say no. If that sounds like a challenge instead of a nightmare, you'll do well here.

Compensation

100% commission, uncapped. No base salary.

You earn a residual on every restaurant you sign — a percentage of PostBite's fee on every order that restaurant does, for 12 months from their first order. Paid monthly. Build a book, get paid while it grows.

Earnings are commission-based and depend entirely on individual performance. This is not a salaried position.
