Early-Career Opportunity. Founder & CEO Exposure. Remote + 2 Month Málaga Experience

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, intellectually curious, and high-potential early-career professional to join a Special Projects track focused on marketing, growth, technology, and business-building.

This is not a traditional entry-level marketing role. It is an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, including Mozio’s Founder and CEO, on real business challenges and high-priority projects.

The initial assignment will be focused on Mozio, one of our portfolio companies, where the selected candidate will take a deep dive into marketing, growth, digital trends, AI tools, content, automation, and business strategy.

This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, growth, technology, travel, and global business. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to spend two months in Málaga, Spain, working closely with Mozio’s CEO and gaining direct exposure to company strategy, marketing priorities, and growth initiatives.

We are looking for someone proactive, creative, analytical, and eager to learn; someone who is excited about AI, digital marketing, content, automation, trends, and technology, and who wants to take ownership of meaningful projects from the very beginning.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for someone who wants to learn fast, work hard, and get unusually close exposure to how companies are built, grown, and operated.

You will work on assignment with Mozio, a global travel-tech company, helping identify and execute marketing and growth initiatives that can increase visibility, improve messaging, support partnerships, and contribute to business growth.

You will not be limited to support tasks. You will be expected to bring ideas, research trends, test new tools, create content, support campaigns, help improve Mozio’s digital presence, and contribute to initiatives that can generate awareness, engagement, partnerships, and business growth.

What You’ll Do:

Work on Special Projects Across Marketing & Growth

• Help plan, execute, and improve marketing initiatives across content, social media, email, website, events, campaigns, and partner-facing communications.

• Support campaigns aimed at increasing Mozio’s visibility, engagement, and business opportunities across the travel and mobility ecosystem.

• Research industry trends, competitors, audiences, and best practices to identify new marketing opportunities.

• Support high-priority projects identified by the Founder, CEO, and leadership team, especially where marketing, growth, AI, automation, and business strategy intersect.

Create Content & Improve Messaging

• Create and edit marketing content such as social media posts, newsletters, blog ideas, landing page copy, event materials, sales materials, and partner communications.

• Help translate Mozio’s value proposition into clear, engaging, and effective messaging.

• Support Mozio’s brand positioning by helping ensure consistency in tone, structure, and communication across channels..

• Help sharpen how Mozio communicates with different audiences, including travel agents, partners, executives, and the broader travel industry.

• Explore new marketing trends, AI tools, automation opportunities, SEO/GEO practices, and digital strategies that could help Mozio grow.

Collaborate & Take Ownership

• Work closely with Mozio’s Founder and CEO on selected projects, receiving direct exposure to senior decision-making, company priorities, and business strategy.

• Take ownership of assigned projects, follow through from idea to execution, and communicate progress clearly in a remote, global environment.

The Málaga Experience

As part of this opportunity, the selected candidate will spend two months in Málaga, Spain, working closely with Mozio’s CEO.This experience is designed as an intensive business immersion: you will spend time close to leadership, learn how decisions are made, understand the company from the inside, and help move marketing and growth projects forward.During this period, you will be expected to observe, ask thoughtful questions, contribute ideas, and execute on concrete initiatives. After the Málaga experience, the role will continue remotely as part of our global team, with the opportunity to keep growing into broader marketing, growth, or special projects responsibilities.

• Curious, proactive, creative, and eager to learn.

• Strong interest in AI tools, digital marketing, automation, social media, content trends, and emerging technologies.

• Analytical mindset and interest in understanding performance, metrics, and business impact.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to execute, test, learn, and improve.
