Newbridge Marketing is hiring enthusiastic, dynamic Brand Ambassadors to represent a well-known beverage brand at the International Sand Sculpting Festival! If you love creating meaningful consumer connections and being part of unforgettable events—this is your moment! 💥

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable individuals to help bring this activation to life. If you enjoy engaging with people and creating fun experiences, we’d love to have you on the team!

💼 What You’ll Do

• Help set up and break down the event footprint
• Learn and confidently share brand messaging with attendees
• Engage consumers through interactive activities, conversations, or demonstrations
• Distribute branded giveaways or product samples
• Capture fun moments through photos or videos when needed
• Use your personality and energy to educate, entertain, and drive engagement
• Maintain a positive, professional presence while representing the campaign

• LABOR BA:
  Help set up or break down the event footprint
• Assist with transporting product from reefer truck to event footprint
• Assist with unloading/loading product into coolers
• Assist with keeping product on ice throughout the day
• Support the TM and MM with back of house tasks as needed
• Maintain a positive, professional presence while representing the campaign

📍 Event Details

Event Name: International Sand Sculpting Festival
Date(s): July 17th & 18th & 19th
Location: Revere, MA
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Travel/Lodging: 🚫 Not provided – local staff only
Shift Time(s): TBD approximately 6-8hrs

👕 Dress Code

Staff should arrive clean, polished, and event-ready. 

Standard expectation:

• Comfortable closed-toe shoes
• Black pants/shorts or event-approved attire
• Branded apparel will be provided onsite

Full uniform details will be provided in your confirmation email prior to the event.

📌 Requirements

• Must be comfortable standing and engaging with consumers for extended periods
• Must be outgoing, professional, and comfortable approaching the public
• Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
• Valid Food Handlers card required
