Growth Specialist (Part-time, Remote)

Location: Remote (North America time zones preferred)
Type: Part-time

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and execution-focused Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys experimenting, scaling communities, and turning content into measurable growth.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute growth experiments across social media and community platforms
  • Identify and scale high-performing channels (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, etc.)
  • Optimize user acquisition funnels and improve conversion rates

Social Media & Content Growth

  • Plan and manage content calendars across multiple platforms
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy
  • Drive engagement, follower growth, and retention

Video Content Creation

  • Create and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
  • Participate in or lead content shooting when needed
  • Stay on top of trends and adapt them into brand-relevant content

Influencer & Partnership Growth

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and creators
  • Build and manage affiliate / ambassador programs
  • Track and evaluate partnership performance

Community Growth

  • Grow and engage niche communities (especially Reddit, Discord, etc.)
  • Develop strategies to increase organic reach and user participation

✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience in growth, marketing, or content strategy (internship or full-time)
  • Is data-driven and comfortable analyzing performance metrics
  • Has strong execution ability (you don’t just plan—you ship)
  • Is creative, proactive, and comfortable with experimentation

Must-have:

  • Ability to edit short-form videos (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Familiarity with at least one major platform (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Experience growing accounts from 0→1
  • Reddit/community growth experience
  • Experience working with influencers or affiliate programs
