Part-Time Public Relations Content Creator

The Butler Associates Public Relations Fellowship is a unique opportunity for aspiring PR professionals to develop strategic communication skills in a fast-paced environment.  This is for college graduates only and in-office role.

Fellows will work closely with seasoned experts to execute media campaigns, build executive leadership and brand narratives, and engage with key stakeholders.  The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and desire to learn are prerequisites for this job. 

Public Relations Students Society of America (PRSSA) involvement or public relations internships a real plus.Recent graduate in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.

Qualifications:

• Recent College Grad with Public Relations or Journalism Degree.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with media relations and digital and social media marketing tools. Meltwater experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented setting.
• Passion for storytelling, branding, and audience engagement
• Monitor press coverage and analyze PR effectiveness
• Ability to work 2-3 days in NYC office. Hours 9-5:30 

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to create social media posts with engaging content and digital strategies.
• Conduct research on industry trends. 
• Create client reports using Meltwater Technology.
• Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and editorial content to amplify client message.
