Client Care Manager

Overview

Universal Title, a premier real estate settlement company and recognized leader in the DC Metro area, is expanding our team in Howard County, Maryland. We are seeking an experienced and personable Client Care Manager who is responsible for creating an exceptional client experience while leading the company's community engagement, event planning, and social media efforts to strengthen relationships and support business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

● Manage Universal Title Howard County’s digital presence, creating compelling

content, showcasing the company’s culture, clients, and community across

multiple platforms

● Create marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and

strengthening referral relationships

● Plan and attend client appreciation events to build and maintain relationships

with our current and future clients

● Ensure a positive and professional experience for clients in the office for

settlements and closings

● Share social media efforts, including sharing company updates, promotions, and industry-related content

● Capture photo and video content in Universal Title Howard County, at closings,

and during events to highlight company culture, client experiences, and

community engagement.

● Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to grow our online audience and strengthen our digital presence

● Create branded graphics and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field e.g. Marketing, Communications,

Business, Public Relations

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset- You are a confident people person who loves building new relationships and ensuring the client is taken care of

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and current

digital marketing trends.
