About the Role:
Dolphin Digital is looking for a reliable, hands-on intern to help maintain our network of digital signage screens across the Chicago area. You'll visit retail partner locations to troubleshoot and resolve simple technical issues (power resets, cable checks, connectivity fixes) keeping our screens online and running. This is a flexible, independent role — perfect for a student who wants real-world experience in field operations, ad tech, or small business support, with direct mentorship from the team.

Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail locations to check on offline or malfunctioning digital screens
• Perform basic troubleshooting (power cycling, cable/connection checks, device resets)
• Document each visit with before/after photos and a brief status report
• Communicate directly with our team on any issues beyond basic fixes
• Maintain a professional, reliable presence at partner business locations

Qualifications:

• Must have a reliable car and valid driver's license
• Comfortable with basic tech troubleshooting (training provided)
• Strong communication and follow-through — we need someone we can count on to show up and report back
• Currently enrolled in college (business, IT, marketing, or related fields a plus, not required)
• Available for flexible, as-needed site visits across Chicago and surrounding suburbs
