Marketing Intern
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
• To work under the direction of the founding team at an AI SaaS startup and gain hands-on experience executing a go-to-market strategy across paid, organic, and event channels
• To apply marketing, communication, and media production skills learned in the classroom to a live product launch with real customers and measurable outcomes
• To develop professional skills in campaign management, content production, data analysis, and cross-platform distribution that transfer to any marketing or media role

Assist with the execution of a multi-channel content rollout across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook (English and Spanish accounts). Assist on video production days in Miami including founder interviews, mini documentaries at local businesses, and a LinkedIn positioning video. Edit short-form clips from long-form video for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Help build and manage landing pages for lead capture. Coordinate email and WhatsApp outreach to prospects and event signups. Track campaign performance across paid and organic channels and report results. Support paid ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook including audience targeting, creative assets, and budget tracking. Help plan and coordinate live events including an in-person workshop for 50 businesses and online events with 100+ attendees. Conduct competitor and market research as needed.

The student will be onboarded with an overview of the Zmode platform, the go-to-market strategy, brand guidelines, and content calendar. They will receive direct mentorship from the marketing lead on campaign strategy, content production workflows, and performance analytics.
