Sales & Marketing Representative

At 3C Marketing we are leading experts  providing a range of services from lead generation to digital marketing and sales. We are looking for an exceptional Sales & Marketing Representative that can represent our Mission and Vision through strong customer relations. We are expanding in Sales & Marketing  and would love to have you onboard, in our Los Angeles office.

You will combine sales techniques with marketing strategies to foster client relationships and strengthen overall customer relations, while managing account pipelines. 

Your role in action:

• Meet face to face to engage and deliver customers exceptional services while building strong customer relations and presenting industry- leading plans. 
• As a Sales & Marketing Representative you will be responsible for identifying and contacting new potential clients while developing lasting customer relations. 
• Customer follow-up, you will need to conduct post sale follow ups to ensure customer relations satisfaction. 
• You will have to manage their accounts using a CRM, while keeping information confidential. 
• Having knowledge of sales & marketing topics will help with our evolving customers' needs.
• Identify and address customers needs and address any objections and provide solutions that strengthen customer relations. 

What your toolbox will need:

• Work experience is desirable in marketing, sales and/ or customer services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective customer relations.
• Team player attitude in a fast- paced environment.
• Superpower to quickly build rapport with potential customers.
