Fall 2026 Contract Operations Internship (For Academic Credit)

Position Overview


BGBx is seeking a Fall Intern to support our Contract Management team with contract administration, data maintenance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to contract operations, data management, and business analytics within a fast-paced agency environment.

This internship is offered for academic credit only and is intended for students who are eligible to receive internship credit through their college or university. This internship will run from September- December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize contract files and documentation within our contract repository and CLM system.
  • Pull reports and assist with data maintenance for client and vendor Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
  • Support year-end contract repository audits and cleanup efforts to ensure complete and accurate records.
  • Partner with the Contract Coordinator to develop and maintain contract dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Assist with data tracking, validation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Contract Management and Procurement team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred

  • Prior experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or administrative support.
  • Interest in contract management, finance, operations, or procurement.
