Client Experience Advisor

Really Just Shae is seeking an exceptional Client Experience Advisor to represent our growing beauty and wellness house within Boston Logan International Airport.

This role is designed for individuals who understand that remarkable retail is not simply about transactions—it is about creating memorable experiences, cultivating genuine connections, and introducing clients to products that become part of their daily lives.

As the face of Really Just Shae, you will deliver a highly personalized client experience while driving commercial performance in one of the most dynamic retail environments in the world.

You will serve as both sales professional and brand storyteller, introducing travelers from around the globe to a collection rooted in craftsmanship, thoughtful formulation, and elevated self-care.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal Client Experience Ambassador possesses:

• 2+ years of experience in premium retail, beauty, hospitality, fashion, or client-facing sales.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong sales instincts and business acumen.
• Confidence engaging an international clientele.
• A polished and professional presence.
• Attention to detail and operational discipline.
• A passion for beauty, wellness, craftsmanship, and exceptional service.
