Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated salesperson currently enrolled in a sales, business, or related program. Recent graduates and graduate students are also welcome. This is a fully remote, commission-based role where you will work directly with the CEO & Founder to:
- Identify and engage prospective medical facility clients
- Set up and coordinate discovery calls
- Assist in progressing leads from first contact through to close
- Learn the industry, value proposition, and unique differentiators of Medi On Deck
The CEO will join discovery calls with you until you’re ready to work autonomously, providing real-time coaching and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Use provided guidance and tools to identify ideal customers within the healthcare space
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and/or video to introduce Medi On Deck to medical facilities
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between prospects and the CEO
- Support lead progression by following up, answering questions, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to refine messaging, targets, and sales approach
- Track activities and outcomes in a simple, organized manner
Who We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled in a sales, business, marketing, or related program, OR a recent graduate or graduate student in a similar field
- Must be a resident of the United States
- Eagerness to learn healthcare sales and comfortable communicating with professional healthcare stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Coachable, proactive, and motivated by commission-based work
- Able to work independently in a remote environment with a flexible schedule
- No prior sales experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
