Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time)

DEL Creative is a growing digital marketing agency based in Charlotte, NC looking for a creative, motivated individual to assist with social media content creation for local business clients.

What you'll do:

• Assist with planning and shooting content for client social media accounts
• Edit short form video content including Reels & Carousels
• Help with scheduling and posting across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Collaborate directly with the agency founder on content strategy

What we're looking for:

• Strong eye for creative content and video
• Comfortable behind and in front of a camera
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
• Reliable, communicative, and eager to learn
• Based in Charlotte, NC, in-person availability required
