Automotive Content Producer
Automotive Media Creative & Content Producer
About the Role
412 Motorsport is looking for a creative, detail-driven Content Producer to work alongside our videographer and elevate our YouTube episodes from good footage into beautifully crafted stories. This role is about the vision behind the camera as much as what's in front of it - planning shoots, shaping narratives, and helping turn raw automotive content into episodes people can't stop watching. Grabbing all the right angles, staging the cars in a creative manner, having an eye for what would look cinematic around the 412 Motorsport studio.
What You'll Do
- Episode Planning: Collaborate with our videographer to plan shoots, storylines, and shot lists for each YouTube episode
- Creative Direction: Bring fresh ideas for episode formats, storytelling angles, and visual style that fit the exotic/ automotive space
- Pre-Production: Help scout locations, coordinate cars and clients for shoots, and prep everything needed before cameras roll
- On-Set Support: Assist during filming - direction, b-roll ideas, interview prompts, and making sure nothing gets missed
- Post-Production Collaboration: Work with editors/videographer on pacing, structure, and story to make sure the final episode delivers
- Content Strategy: Help plan a consistent episode release schedule and identify content that will perform well on
YouTube - Quality Control: Review rough cuts and give notes to keep every episode polished and on-brand
What We're Looking For
- Experience in video production, content creation, or media — automotive experience is a big plus
- A strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual style
- Familiarity with YouTube content trends and what makes long-form automotive content successful
- Comfortable working alongside a videographer/editor as a creative partner, not just a solo creator
- Organized — able to plan shoots and manage moving pieces (cars, clients, locations, schedules)
- Passion for cars, motorsport, or automotive culture is highly valued
- Bonus: hands-on editing skills (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro)
What Success Looks Like
- YouTube episodes that are consistently well-produced, engaging, and on-brand
- A smooth, repeatable production process from planning to final cut
- Growing watch time, retention, and subscriber engagement on 412 Motorsport's channel
