Internship Duration: 12 Weeks (with the possibility of becoming a part-timer after 12-weeks evaluation).

Key Responsibilities
- Helping the HR team create and implement company HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Helping to create a customized recruitment process for select clients and fill company job vacancies.
- Supporting various employees by providing answers to their questions and addressing their issues.
- Facilitating the design and delivery of employee training programs on topics associated with their positions.
- Reviewing employee documentation to ensure compliance with Federal and State Laws.
- Conducting exit interviews with employees to discover their reasons for leaving the organization and how the HR department can optimize retention.
- Assisting with scheduling and conducting interviews with job applicants.
- Organizing company events, including workshops, seminars, and employee conferences.
- Creating a customized performance review process for various clients.
- Attending speaking engagements and events with the CEO.
- Managing our social media calendar and presence.

Internship Details
- Schedule: 8-12 hours per week
- Stipend: $16.50/hour
- Duration: a minimum of 12 weeks and up to 24 weeks based upon performance
- Location: Onsite in Lawrenceville, NJ (within walking distance to Rider University)
- Device(s) & Transportation: Intern must have a well-functioning laptop, cellphone, and reliable transportation. Please note that interns who drive their vehicle must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Intern must work every Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
