Go-to-Market Intern
Go-to-Market Intern — STRIV
Cambridge, MA | Summer Internship | In-person / Hybrid
STRIV is looking for a high-energy Go-to-Market Intern to support our next phase of growth.
We are a small but highly efficient team building wearable movement intelligence for runners, athletes, coaches, and performance professionals. As we scale our early go-to-market efforts, we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to take ownership without needing heavy day-to-day instruction.
This role will support program operations across our partner and community initiatives, helping us deliver a high-touch product experience to running community leaders, physiotherapists, coaches, and performance teams working with high-level athletes.
You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships and the founding team to make sure our partners have a seamless experience — from onboarding and product logistics to follow-ups, feedback collection, community engagement, and launch support.
What you’ll work on:
Support go-to-market program operations across partner, coach, and community initiatives
Coordinate product onboarding, partner communications, logistics, and follow-ups
Help manage relationships with running leads, physios, coaches, and early product champions
Track feedback, organize partner insights, and help surface what matters most to the team
Support offline events, demo runs, and community activations
Help create a smooth, high-touch experience that encourages partners to engage with and amplify Striv
Who we’re looking for:
Detail-oriented and highly reliable
Strong written and verbal communicator
Comfortable taking ownership and moving quickly
Able to operate with changing priorities and limited hand-holding
Organized, disciplined, and proactive
Excited by startups, sports, running, health, wearables, or performance technology
Comfortable staying closely aligned with multiple stakeholders
What we value:
We are a mighty but lean team based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We move quickly, care deeply about execution, and value people with a get-things-done mindset, strong discipline, high energy, and real ownership.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in early-stage startup growth, partnerships, community-led go-to-market, and product launch operations.
