Powered By Love, Inc. is a dynamic nonprofit organization transforming "Love in Action" into tangible community restoration. We are currently scaling our operations for our upcoming flagship community initiative, The 831 Experience. We are hiring two sharp, persuasive, and detail-oriented communicators to lead our outbound media pipelines and convert research data into verified community resources.
Position Purpose
As a Corporate Account Specialist, you will act as a critical driver of our outbound business-to-business (B2B) communication pipelines. Instead of relying on generic cold calls, you will take curated corporate research data and execute a highly strategic "Concession Ladder" approach. This system empowers you to guide regional business networks down a structured pipeline—pivoting dynamically from high-level sponsorship asks to workplace giving activations, in-kind asset solutions, or digital collaborations.
Specialist Track Options
We are currently filling seats for two distinct professional focus tracks through this single posting:
Track 1: Capital Pipeline Specialist (The "Capital Closer")
- Focuses 100% on securing cash capital, corporate sponsorships, and institutional foundation funding.
- Formally packages, tailors, and submits high-dollar sponsorship and grant applications ($2,500 to $25,000) to corporate foundations and banking institutions.
- Pitches and secures mid-tier healthcare equity partnerships ($1,000 to $5,000) across regional medical networks and practices.
- Drives outbound campaigns to professional service firms (Law, CPA, Wealth Management) to sell premium corporate Gala tables and procure high-end auction experiences.
Track 2: Operational Logistics Specialist (The "Logistics Engine")
- Focuses 100% on building our zero-cash operational pipeline by securing physical goods and civic workforce networks.
- Runs high-volume outreach to wholesale distributors, retailers, and restaurants to secure 100% donated campaign supplies (backpacks, new walking shoes, hygiene items, and event catering).
- Pitches regional employers and tech hubs to establish corporate payroll deduction portals (via Benevity) and activate employee matching programs.
- Partners with departments at local universities (ASU, GCU, and community colleges) to mobilize student volunteer networks and secure clinical or social work practicum support.
- Tracks confirmed asset delivery schedules, providing real-time data hand-offs to our backend logistical teams.
Core Responsibilities (All Tracks)
- Pipeline Management: Systematically track outbound pitch dates, follow-up timelines, and meeting updates inside our centralized Correspondence Tracker.
- High-Touch Correspondence: Draft, customize, and deploy clear, highly professional email sequences and physical outreach packets to executive stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with Working Group Chairs and Design teams to ensure seamless partner data and brand asset hand-offs.
Job Requirements & Core Competencies
- Academic & Professional Alignment: Ideally pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Professional Sales, Communications, Public Relations, or Public Administration.
- Communication Prowess: Strong professional writing abilities with the confidence to conduct high-level business correspondence.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and comfortable tracking client interactions in real-time database environments.
- Rigid Geographic & Legal Boundaries:
- Must be a current resident of Arizona for regional outreach alignment.
- US Work Authorization Required: Must possess immediate, independent US work authorization. We are unable to accommodate international visa sponsorships or corporate OPT/CPT tracking for this seasonal track.
Compensation & Milestone Structure
- Fixed Project Stipend: $1,500.00 guaranteed base contract, distributed in straight monthly milestone installments of $500.00 across July, August, and September.
- Performance Bonus: Eligible for an additional performance bonus of up to $500.00 based on track target achievements.
- Total Position Potential: $2,000.00.
- Workflow Delivery: As a milestone-driven contract, payments are released upon verified account management metrics and active pipeline maintenance rather than hours logged.
