EATS2SEATS is one of the fastest-growing event staffing companies in the country. Through partnerships with 50+ venues, universities, professional sports organizations, concerts, and festivals across the United States, we connect students with flexible, well-paying opportunities to be part of major live events.
WHAT IS A CAMPUS CEO?
The Campus CEO is the lead brand marketing intern at UVA. It is the person who bridges the gap between EATS2SEATS and the student body. You'll work directly with EATS2SEATS leadership to grow our brand at UVA through relationship-building, creative outreach, digital marketing, and being the kind of person other Students can trust.
You will not just be promoting a job; you will build a presence on campus.
YOUR MISSION
- Market EATS2SEATS to fellow students
- Build awareness on and around The Corner/campus
- Grow a community of students who want real, flexible income
- Promote upcoming work opportunities at events students already care about
- Create excitement around game day
- Generate signups through creative, authentic marketing
- Establish EATS2SEATS as a recognized and respected brand at UVA
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Manage a multichannel marketing strategy, including creating short-form videos for
Instagram and TikTok, brainstorming new/creative concepts, designing graphics/flyers, and more - Post flyers and recruiting materials in high-traffic spots (Newcomb Hall, Clemons Library, Student Activities Building)
- Build and manage relationships with student organizations across campus
- Lead/attend tabling events and UVA Student Affairs activities
- Become a go-to resource for students who want flexible income around their class schedule
- Help connect students with work opportunities at events across the region
- Lead a team of brand ambassadors
Game Day Leadership
One of the best parts of this role is being a Campus CEO on game day.
You will:
- Attend staff check-in and welcome team members
- Create energy and set the tone for the shift
- Capture photos and short-form video content
- Conduct quick on-the-ground interviews
- Support EATS2SEATS culture and represent the brand well
- Help make every team member feel like showing up was worth it
You are not required to work the event itself; your job is to make people glad they signed up and make them excited to be a part of gameday at UVA.
Creative Marketing
We want builders, not just participants. Examples of what we're looking for:
- Social content strategy and ideas that actually resonate with UVA students
- recruiting challenges or referral campaigns tied to campus culture
- Tabling events and student organization partnerships
- Campus activations that make people stop and ask questions
- Guerrilla marketing that gets people talking on social media, YikYak, or in group chats
If you have an idea, we want to hear it. We reward creativity, initiative, and ownership.
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
You will not be doing this alone. EATS2SEATS provides everything you need to build the brand on campus:

COMPENSATION
- Game Day Leadership Pay: Earn approximately $75–$100 per game day, simply for showing up, supporting check-in, building culture, and creating energy.
- Recruiting Commission: Earn $5 per verified signup, plus an additional $5 when that person works their first event.
50 students sign up and work → You earn $500+
100 students sign up and work → You earn $1,000+
There is no cap on recruiting commissions. The more people you connect with opportunities, the more you earn.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
