Location: Boulder, CO (Hybrid)

Hours: 15–20 hours/week

Pay: $20/hour + performance bonuses

Your job?

Create content that dog owners actually want to watch.

Seriously.

Instead of grabbing coffee or making spreadsheets, you'll be interviewing dog owners, filming puppies, creating viral TikToks, capturing behind-the-scenes footage, and helping build a fast-growing premium dog brand.

About Winnie Lou

Winnie Lou started as a solar-powered dog food truck in Colorado.

Today we make clean, thoughtfully crafted treats, chews, and food in our own Boulder production facility using responsibly sourced ingredients and novel proteins like bison, elk, venison, lamb, and wild boar.

We're on a mission to remove the mystery around what we feed our dogs.

What You'll Do

No two days are the same, but you might...

🐾 Interview dog owners at local dog parks & give them samples 

🎥 Film behind-the-scenes videos in our Boulder facility

📱 Create TikToks, Instagram Reels, and UGC-style videos

🎤 Ask strangers fun dog-related questions

📦 Hand out samples and capture authentic reactions

🎬 Film "Day in the Life" content with our founder

📈 Jump on social trends before everyone else

🐶 Attend local dog events and festivals

🦴 Brainstorm creative ad ideas that we'll put real $$ behind (& incentives for you)

📸 Capture dogs trying treats for the first time

Our Hiring Process

Instead of asking you to answer a bunch of boring interview questions, we'll ask finalists to complete a short paid creative challenge.

You'll receive Winnie Lou products and create a few short-form videos so we can see how you think creatively.

We care far more about your ideas than your résumé.
