About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced Theater Instructor to lead our youth drama programs. Our classes focus on building confidence, teamwork, and self-expression through the performing arts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Dynamic Classes: Teach acting fundamentals, improvisation, vocal projection, and stage movement to children aged [e.g., 6 to 14].

Direct & Stage: Prepare students for end-of-session showcases, short plays, or musical revues (including basic blocking and choreography).

Foster Inclusivity: Create a safe, supportive environment where shy kids feel welcome to step out of their comfort zones and high-energy kids can channel their focus constructively.

Maintain Classroom Structure: Seamlessly manage behavior and transitions so that rehearsals remain productive and fun.

Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about schedules, performance details, and student progress with a professional, welcoming attitude.

What We Are Looking For
