Martial Arts Instructor
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and highly motivated Martial Arts Instructor to join our team. While technical skill is important, our top priority for this role is finding someone who loves teaching children and knows how to keep them engaged, disciplined, and smiling.
You will be the face of our youth classes, helping students build confidence, focus, and fitness in a safe, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engaging Classes: Teach high-energy, structured martial arts classes for children aged [e.g., 4 to 12].
Maintain Focus & Fun: Balance the discipline of martial arts with a fun, positive learning atmosphere.
Be a Role Model: Demonstrate excellent character, sportsmanship, and life skills (respect, focus, perseverance) for our young students.
Communicate with Parents: Provide brief, positive feedback to parents after class regarding their child’s progress.
Maintain Safety: Ensure the training floor remains safe, clean, and organized at all times.

Kid-Friendly Energy: You must genuinely enjoy working with children and possess the patience and enthusiasm required to keep them focused.
Strict Punctuality: Our families rely on classes starting exactly on time. You must be exceptionally reliable and punctual.
Strong Responsibility: Able to manage a classroom safely and follow our school's curriculum and safety protocols.
Martial Arts Experience: A minimum of [Insert Rank/Years, e.g., Belt level or 2+ years] in [Insert Style, e.g., Taekwondo, Karate, BJJ, etc.]. Teaching experience is a huge plus, but we will train the right person.
Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a standard background check (required for youth sports coaches).
