People Operations Fall/Winter Intern
We’re seeking an intern to work directly with the Senior Manager, People Business Partner on strategic initiatives across analytics and operations.
This is a part-time opportunity with flexibility to accommodate academic schedules.
The anticipated duration of this internship is August 2026 through March 2027, with flexibility based on firm needs and candidate availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Senior Manager on the annual performance cycle, including reviews and compensation planning and overall cycle execution
- Support people analytics initiatives, with a strong focus on employee utilization; analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable insights for leadership
- Work within people systems (e.g., Rippling, Lattice) to ensure data accuracy, complete routine updates, and support reporting requests
- Assist in global hiring processes, including coordination and completion of work authorization requirements for new hires
- Provide general administrative support by handling day-to-day coordination tasks, draft communications, and assist with ad hoc projects as needs arise
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or certification program in Human Resources or a related field
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Clear and professional communicator, comfortable working with confidential information and interacting with employees at all levels
Salary Range: $25-35/hour
