What You’ll Do

As a Field Marketing Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, helping introduce them to the benefits of going solar.

Your responsibilities include:

• Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods.
• Schedule qualified in-home solar consultations for our sales team.
• Attend daily team meetings and training sessions.
• Work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Represent our company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No prior sales experience required—we provide comprehensive training.
• Able to walk outdoors for 3+ hours at a time in Buffalo’s varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends when needed.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
