We are looking to expand our team of LIVE streaming Content Creators to come and join us as GravitasQ Growth Managers


As a Student Growth Manager, we will provide Full Training and teach you how to Livestream on our TikTok Channel so you can become a successful TikTok Live Streamer. In addition, whilst you’re on LIVE, engaging with viewers, you will be responsible for recruiting talented creators to join GravitasQ. 

Once recruited, you will guide and coach them - supporting  new creators to become confident on LIVE. So if you’re passionate about helping people and want to do so in a fun, creative environment, then apply now!

As an official TikTok partner, GravitasQ works with creators across the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand, providing training, 121 management and strategic support to help them succeed on TikTok LIVE.

Our team works closely with creators to help them grow their presence, improve performance and build sustainable online careers through live streaming and social media content

 

Responsibilities

  • Stream LIVE on TikTok to promote GravitasQ and attract new creators
  • Talk about the benefits of joining GravitasQ and showcase real success stories
  • Engage with and encourage viewers to apply to become GQ live streamers
  • Guide, coach and mentor new creators to become more confident
  • Host Agency Q & As - independently and with GQ Management team to share benefits of going LIVE and joining GravitasQ

Full training provided in becoming a  LIVE Creator, Creator Coach, Recruiter and Growth specialist.

Requirements: 

  • Passionate and interested in carving out a a Social Media career
  • Confident and energetic who loved the thought of engaging with an audience
  • Money-motivated and results-driven — achieving goals is a real perk for you
  • Outgoing, social, and genuinely passionate about helping people
  • A strong communicator who can hold attention and elicit interest from potential creators
  • A recent graduate (any degree) who may have worked part time in a sales or customer-facing role (not to add on Handshake)
