Human Resources Intern

The Human Resources Intern at Oki Golf provides part-time administrative and project support to the HR department. This role offers hands-on experience in recruiting, data entry, and employee lifecycle processes. It is designed for a college student seeking practical experience in human resources. Qualified candidates will be able to commit to approximately 24 hours per week, through the end of October 2026. This is position is 100% onsite in Bellevue, Washington.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruiting Support: Assist with posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Data Entry: Process new hire paperwork and termination details in the HR system.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain employee files, answer inquiries, and support daily office operations.
  • Project Work: Complete special HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High degree of confidentiality and personal integrity
  • Must be a current college student. Preferably interested in or actively pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to anticipate how changing something affects other related items.
  • Working understanding of some human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; HRIS/HCM experience preferred, Ceridian Dayforce experience a plus
  • Creative, fun, and a sense of humor!

  • Lift, reach, bend, twist, push, pull, squat, grasp and use arm-hand coordination on a consistent basis
  • Sit for extended periods of time – up to 8 hours/day
  • Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

 

COMPENSATION DETAILS: 

  • Offered rate of pay range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
  • Eligible for overtime
