Marketing, Media & Entrepreneurship Intern

Join our DC/Northern Virginia-based entrepreneurial team for a flexible, part-time or full-time internship supporting several mission-driven brands in real estate, wedding dance, etiquette/coaching, senior transitions, and community education.

We are seeking current students and recent graduates interested in one or more of the following areas:

Social media marketing, video editing, graphic design/illustration, creative writing, website design/SEO, marketing strategy, live video production, intern screening/recruiting, and brand development.

Hours are flexible, remote option, and may be structured around college credit requirements. 

Interns may receive:

College credit, if approved by their school

A nominal stipend upon satisfactory completion

Portfolio-building projects and resume experience

Entrepreneurship and career mentoring with Brian and Deborah Block, who have operated businesses for more than 25 years

Letter of recommendation upon satisfactory completion

Introductions or recommendations to our professional network when appropriate

Complimentary dance lessons or other support in our areas of expertise

We are especially interested in applicants who can bring creative ideas, initiative, and thoughtful proposals for how they can support one or more of our brands.

The Wedding Dance Specialists
Wedding dance instruction for engaged couples, families, and bridal parties preparing for the spotlight on the wedding day.

Back to Basics Social Skills
Etiquette, dating and premarital coaching, communication education, social confidence, therapeutic dance, and family quality-time programming.

Brian Block Real Estate Group
Residential real estate services in Washington, DC and Northern Virginia.

Silver Key
Support for older adults and families navigating downsizing, real estate transitions, crisis planning, and related legal, medical, and financial resources.

The Ruach Fund
Community-focused education around hate-crime prevention, security awareness, fair housing, diversity, and real estate industry responsibility.
