Junior Content Creator – Luxury Interior Design (Part-Time)

Scialla Studio is a boutique luxury residential interior design firm based in Tampa, Florida. We specialize in timeless, high-end homes with a refined, editorial aesthetic inspired by European architecture and craftsmanship.

We are looking for a creative, visually driven student or recent graduate who is passionate about content creation, photography, videography, and storytelling.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a professional portfolio while working alongside an interior design studio on real luxury residential projects.

What you’ll do

● Capture behind-the-scenes content during client meetings, showroom visits, construction sites, and project installations.

● Film short-form vertical videos (Instagram Reels).

● Edit engaging, elegant social media content.

● Organize and maintain a content library.

● Collaborate on creative ideas for Instagram and other digital platforms.

● Help communicate the design process through beautiful visual storytelling.

We’re looking for someone who

● Has a strong eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics.

● Loves architecture, interior design, photography, fashion, or luxury brands.

● Is proficient with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.

● Understands Instagram and short-form video trends while appreciating a clean, editorial style.

● Is organized, reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.

● Has access to a smartphone capable of shooting high-quality video (camera equipment is a plus but not required).

No professional interior design experience is required. A strong portfolio or creative eye is more important than years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

● Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Film, Media Production, Photography, Digital Media, or a related field.

● Experience creating Reels, TikToks, or visual content.

● Interest in luxury branding and design.

Schedule

● Part-time and flexible around class schedules.

● Approximately 2–4 shooting days per month, with additional editing hours as needed.

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
