Marketing, Sales and Event Outreach
Cavius Technologies is looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Associate to help drive business growth, generate new client opportunities, and support the promotion of our products and services. The person in this role will connect with businesses, event organizers, promoters, venues, local businesses, and potential clients to introduce Cavius Technologies' solutions and help expand our customer base.
Responsibilities include identifying potential leads, reaching out through phone, email, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and local networking, explaining Cavius Technologies' products and services, collecting client requirements, supporting onboarding activities, assisting with marketing campaigns, promoting company offerings on social media, and tracking sales and outreach performance.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in sales outreach, basic marketing knowledge, social media experience, and an interest in business growth and customer engagement. Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development, or client relationship management is preferred.

Performance Expectations:
The associate should be able to generate new business leads, support client acquisition efforts, assist in onboarding new customers, contribute to marketing initiatives, and help drive business growth through consistent outreach and relationship-building activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or client engagement is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with businesses, event organizers, clubs, student organizations, cultural events, local communities, startups, or small businesses is a strong plus.
- A candidate who already has local connections with business owners, organizers, promoters, community leaders, or professional networks would be highly valuable.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with new people and building professional relationships.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and lead generation techniques.
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for outreach and promotion.
- Organized, professional, and able to consistently follow up with leads and prospects.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, email communication, and CRM-style tracking systems.
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, campus marketing, community outreach, or business development is a plus.
